Through its partnership with the esteemed, UK based awarding body OTHM, LUBM offers its Level 7 Diploma in Education Management and Leadership as an online course. The UK diploma is equivalent to a master’s degree on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF). However, graduates need to complete the dissertation stage with a university to achieve a full master’s degree.

The program imparts a diverse range of skills and competencies to its students through six mandatory units. It delivers robust knowledge to students interested in a career in education administration and/or management. The curriculum focuses on policy, management theory and education practices.

Ideally, students earn this diploma with the aim of getting a role in an organisation in the private or public sector. Further, graduates can switch to a master’s degree at a UK University by completing the final dissertation.

Learners will need to meet the following criteria to be accepted for this qualification:

The learner must hold a Level 6 Qualification or Bachelor’s degree.
Learners with sufficient years of experience working in the business sector, specifically in an Education Management and Leadership role.
The learner must be 21 years old or older at the beginning of the course.
