Entry Requirements for OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership
Learners will need to meet the following criteria to be accepted for this qualification:
- An honours degree in a related subject or UK level 6 diploma or an equivalent overseas qualification.
- Mature learners with management experience (learners must check with the delivery centre regarding this experience prior to registering for the programme).
- Learners must be 21 years old or older at the beginning of the course.Â

Course Overview
Through its partnership with the esteemed, UK based awarding body OTHM, LUBM offers its UK Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership as an online course. The UK diploma is equivalent to a master’s degree on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF). However, graduates need to complete the dissertation stage with a university to achieve a full master's degree.
Across six units, four are mandatory, and students can select two from the four remaining unit options. The program incorporates a diverse range of skills and competencies into its students. It delivers robust knowledge concerning all business-related operations. Learners will be taught to convert organisational strategy into effective operational performance. The curriculum focuses on imparting strategic leadership, management, human resource management and business research, among other things.
Ideally, students earn this diploma with the aim of getting a role in an organisation in the private or public sector. Further, graduates can switch the final dissertation to complete a master’s degree at a UK University.
