In collaboration with the distinguished York St John University (YSJ), LUBM offers learners in the Middle East a program designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in today’s competitive global business environment. The accelerated BA (Hons) in Business Management caters to those with prior relevant qualifications too; by offering the same program as a top-up bachelor’s option, allowing students to complete their degree within a year.
For the full program, students can expect to complete 16 modules, apart from a dissertation, within 20–22 months before earning their UK-accredited degree. Meanwhile, those who opt for the top up programme are expected to have advanced knowledge of business management equivalent to having completed the second year at a UK university. The top up course typically takes 12 months, and learners must complete 4 modules and a dissertation before earning their BA (Hons) degree from the UK based YSJ.
The course is taught online, which enables working professionals, career changers, and recent graduates to balance their educational pursuits with other responsibilities. Its carefully curated curriculum allows scholars to understand, analyse, and interpret decision-making in an organisational context. It combines a comprehensive grounding in key aspects of business management and consists of a range of modules that aim to give students a broad understanding of the organizational workings. The course integrates the development of ICT, academic, and research skills, culminating in the production of an independent study. This allows students to integrate their academic skills into real-life case studies.
