The York St John University (YSJ) Top-Up MBA has been crafted to support graduate career growth. The program trains graduates to carry out senior strategic roles successfully or to start and build businesses. The degree will be awarded by York St John University. Additionally, it will be UK-accredited and taught completely online. All modules have a range of teaching, learning, and assessment strategies, including lectures, seminars, tutorials, workshops, and presentations. The course caters to students with prior related qualifications as a top-up. However, it is also available as a full MBA programme to those interested.
The curriculum is designed to touch upon contemporary issues that impact organizations. Much of the learning is developed through the establishment of learning communities of programme participants and tutors. Students are taught key skills, processes, and practices of business, leadership, and management. Solutions to real problems are suggested, discussed, and analysed within the learning community with the support of tutors and fellow learners.
