Personal data is defined as any information or a set of information that identifies or could be used by or in place of LUBM to recognize an individual or a legal entity.

What data do we collect?

Every time you interact with our Online Platforms, we collect your personal data. As simple as which pages you visit or which pages hold your attention. We also stock up data related to your device (e.g. your hardware model, operating system version, or unique device identifier) or log information. It is the information automatically collected when you browse our Online Platforms in server logs. Security, internet security and integrity

We take valid precautions to protect your personal data in our care and control. We try to keep the data safe from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. We allow personal data access only to LUBM employees and subcontractors/partners who require necessary access to this information. Moreover, we also maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that act in accordance with applicable laws to shield personal data.

At LUBM we try our level best to follow industry-standard security. However, no data shared through the internet and/or stored on servers is 100% secure. As a result, we are unable to ensure that any personal data under this Privacy Notice will be entirely safe and secure.

As a user, you have the privilege to access, rectify, correct or update any personal data.
