Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Student Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to students and faculty, ensuring a seamless academic experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to student success.


  • Student Support 


  • Manage student records and databases accurately and confidentially.

  • Assist students with the registration process and resolve registration issues.

  • Communicate effectively with students, faculty, and staff via email, phone, and in-person.

  • Track student attendance and follow up on absences.

  • Administer surveys to gather feedback from students and analyze survey data.

  • Assist in updating and maintaining student grades.

  • Manage the issuance of certificates and transcripts.

  • Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new staff.

  • Oversee daily office operations and maintain office supplies and equipment.

  • Provide general support to students and employees and assist in organizing events and activities.


  • Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, management, or a related field.

  • Prior experience in student support or academic administration preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management software.
