Course Overview
Through its partnership with the esteemed, UK based awarding body OTHM, LUBM offers its UK Level 7 Diploma in Project Management as an online course. The UK diploma is equivalent to a master’s degree on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF). However, graduates need to complete the dissertation stage with a university to achieve a full master's degree.
The program imparts a diverse range of skills and competencies to its students through five mandatory units. It delivers robust knowledge to senior managers supervising various projects. Learners will be taught to convert fundamental topics needed to manage business projects, with a focus on planning, monitoring, controlling and delivering successful projects, programmes and portfolios. The curriculum focuses on imparting effective planning, monitoring, controlling and delivering successful projects, among other things.
Ideally, students earn this diploma with the aim of getting a role in an organisation in the private or public sector. Further, graduates can switch the final dissertation to complete a master’s degree at a UK University.
