Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for considering Lincoln University of Business & Management for your education. We work hard to ensure that our students have an easy experience while evaluating and enrolling in the courses we offer. As such, we hope that this refund policy is clear. Please reach out to us if you need further clarification, as enrollment in Lincoln University of Business & Management programs requires adhering to the return and refund policy.

CANCELLATION OR CHANGE OF ENROLMENT POLICIES:

When a student enrols in a course at Lincoln University of Business & Management, they are entering a legal agreement under common law, and are agreeing to abide by the conditions of enrolment (including meeting stated payments), in exchange for the service offered by the institution in the delivery of the course. Please note that Lincoln University of Business & Management cannot assume responsibility for any changes in your circumstances, nor can it be held liable for such changes. The below Cancellation/Refund policy applies to all the students who enrol for a course with LUBM:

Refund Eligibility Timeline:

• If a student withdraws within 10 days of registration, they will receive an 80% refund. This implies that the client will get a refund of 80% of the entire amount paid at registration, with the remaining 20% held as a processing charge or non-refundable deposit.
• If a student withdraws after the first 10 days after registration but before the 20th day of registration, they will receive a 50% refund.
• Withdrawals or cancellations received after 20 days until the 30th day of registration are eligible for a 25% refund.
• If the student wishes to withdraw on the day the classes commence or after, no refund is applicable.

The Refund Process:

 All students should notify their Course Administrator/Course Advisor of their decision to withdraw from a course through email, along with the applicable reasons and documentation, if any.

• Each refund application will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, considering the circumstances and adherence to the outlined policies. Our university reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests at its sole discretion.
• Approved Refunds will be processed via bank transfer/cash. Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of approval of the request.
• In the event of a fee overpayment, the amount is set aside to offset the fee for the following classes. Any excess amount remaining upon course completion will be refunded.
• LUBM will not make cash refunds. All refunds will be made via bank transfer.
