International Women’s Day: It’s that point of the year when we laud women for everything they need to achieve despite the odds! International Women’s Day is a vital event at LUBM. It stands as a worldwide beacon of recognition and celebration, highlighting the remarkable achievements of women.

At LUBM, it isn’t just about gender equality but also about creating an environment of empowerment and enablement. Women are the pillar and backbone of society, and today may be a reminder of the wonderful change they need to bring to the planet.

Today, we glance at powerful narratives by women who have overcome challenges and have started a dialogue of empowerment.

To start the celebrations, we invited Deeksha Gaitonde to lead an inspiring and relaxing yoga session. Deeksha’s approach to yoga and mental health goes beyond physical wellness. It’s about nurturing the soul and empowering the mind. Truly, it was an exquisite reminder of the effects of self-care and finding peace within, especially in our fast-paced lives. Anyone can now watch the video and continue a transformative journey to balance the body and mind.
