Sales & Account Management

This role required the ability to take responsibility for consolidated profit and loss as well as cash-flow. KAM acts with confident authority and takes accountability to develop the business relationships while actively contributing to making our customers satisfied.


Sales & Account Management

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to customers
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by developing strong rapport with personnel & influencers across levels including ‘C’ level
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure that all client profiles are maintained and updated within the customer database.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Forecast and track key account metrics. Build and Maintain a Trackable, Credible & Achievable Pipeline. Build and maintain revenue targets & profitability indices.
  • Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure sustainable growth
  • Monitoring the day to day commercial performance of each existing account within a portfolio and regularly liaising with existing clients to identify new business opportunities.
  • Assist with high severity requests and issue escalations as needed with proper documented follow up
  • Advise on changes in the market trend and the activities of the competitors.

Financial Management

  • Ensures financial growth on the account through the utilization of all the leveraged resources and engaging of third-party suppliers.
  • Manages P&L to meet or exceed corporate targets, with emphasis on the profit, revenue and growth
  • Ensures all new business improves the overall financial health of the account.
  • Responsible for timely and accurate invoicing to the client, including dispute resolution and collection



Collaborate with higher management, and external stakeholders to develop, maintain, and support technology services being provided by the company.


Ensure non-disclosure of confidential information to anyone within or outside the Authority, during or after employment in the company.


Follow and adhere to the QH&S Management System Manual as per the company’s safety standards.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Expatriates: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related field
  • UAE Nationals: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related field

Minimum Experience:

  • Expatriates: (8 – 10) years’ experience in Account Management, Sales or Key Account Management
  • UAE Nationals: (5-7) years’ experience in Account Management, Sales or Key Account Management
  • Language Fluency:
  • English: Fluent.
  • Arabic: Preferred but not a must.

Job-Specific Skills:

  • Proven history of successfully interacting with customers and delivering solutions which meet customer expectations.
  • Strong knowledge of the IT outsourcing business
  • Strong knowledge on Cloud Services, IT, IoT and Digital Solutions.
  • An excellent aptitude for finance and decision making
  • Specialized training in sales/negotiation/win strategies
  • Exceptional planning and organization experience
  • Outstanding negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Local market knowledge preferred
  • Excellent communication skills.
